Licence and sales terms

Who we are
MailTupal is Windows software developed by Pinchas Editors, Gartenstrasse 6, 8800 Thalwil), Svizzera (“we”). Sales are handled by Lemon Squeezy acting as reseller (Merchant of Record): the purchase contract is concluded with Lemon Squeezy, which collects the payment and issues the receipt. The licence to use the software is granted by us under these terms.
Free trial
You can use MailTupal free for 7 days on one PC, with every feature and a limited number of cover letters. The trial needs no payment details and ends by itself.
Licence
The licence is personal, non-transferable and valid for a single PC. It lasts for the period you buy: 1 month as a subscription, or 3, 6 or 12 months as a one-time payment. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. One-time licences do not renew. When the licence expires, MailTupal switches to read-only: your data remains viewable and exportable.
Cover letters
Letters are bought in credit packs. Each letter written uses one credit; if writing fails, the credit is returned. Credits do not expire. Letters are drafts for you to review and adapt: you remain responsible for the text you send. Daily limits may apply to prevent abuse.
Fair use
You may not copy, resell, decompile or modify the software, or share the activation key with others. In case of abuse we may block the licence.
Job-Room and third-party services
MailTupal is independent software and is not affiliated with the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), Job-Room or the regional employment centres (RAV/ORP). It uses Job-Room with your personal login. You are responsible for the data you log and for meeting your obligations towards the RAV. Third-party services (Job-Room, mailboxes, job portals) may change without notice and temporarily limit some features.
Warranty and liability
We work to keep MailTupal working and up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the software is error-free or suited to every situation, and we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, data loss or the consequences of data logged without checking. Liability for intent and gross negligence is not excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to new purchases and to renewals after publication.
Governing law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered address, subject to mandatory jurisdictions protecting consumers.
