The free 7-day trial lets you check, before paying, that MailTupal works with your mailbox and with Job-Room.

Licences

If MailTupal doesn't work on your PC, we refund the licence if you ask within 14 days of purchase. Write to mailtulpal.ch@gmail.com) with your order number. The refund deactivates the licence.

Monthly subscription

You can cancel at any time from the link in Lemon Squeezy's email. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid month; months already started are not refunded, except as stated above for the first 14 days.

Letter packs

Unused credits are refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used are not refundable, because every letter written has a cost.

How you are refunded

Lemon Squeezy refunds to the same payment method, usually within a few business days.
