Positions and keywords, towns with a radius in kilometres or cantons, workload, language of the ad. You can exclude words, companies and recruitment agencies.
Job-Room and your job alerts
Searches Job-Room directly and reads the job alerts you get by email from LinkedIn, jobs.ch, jobup.ch, Indeed, eFinancialCareers, JobScout24 and others. A portal MailTupal doesn't know yet is added with a sample alert.

Best matches first
Each offer gets a score from keywords, title, region and industry. Those below the threshold you set don't waste your time.
Respecting the portals' rules
Ads on Job-Room, federal sites and company websites are read automatically. For portals that don't allow it, such as jobs.ch or LinkedIn, MailTupal reads the ad when you open it.
From offer to application
Prepare the cover letter in one click. With “I have applied” the offer moves to your applications, and the confirmation email that arrives later links itself.

Frequently asked questions
Is MailTupal an official Job-Room or RAV service?
No. MailTupal is independent software that helps you prepare and log your job-search record. Job-Room is the federal government's portal: MailTupal uses it with your own login, as you would by hand.
Does it send applications for me?
Never. MailTupal gathers, completes and logs applications you have already made. It prepares offers and letters, but you always decide and send.
Can it change or delete my emails?
No. MailTupal opens your mailbox read-only: no email is moved, marked as read or deleted.
Which mailboxes work?
Proton Mail (with Proton Mail Bridge), Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365, Yahoo, iCloud, GMX, Bluewin, Infomaniak, Zoho, Fastmail and any mailbox with IMAP access.
What happens when my licence expires?
MailTupal switches to read-only: you can see all your applications and export them as CSV, but not gather new ones. Renew and everything carries on as before, with the same data.
Can I use one key on two computers?
No, one key is valid for one PC. If you change computer, write to us and we'll help you move the licence.
Where are the cover letters written?
The text of your CV and of the job ad goes through our server to Claude (Anthropic), which writes the letter. We keep neither the CV nor the letter: they stay only on your PC.
